Commission TOS1. You are buying my labor. Please be patient with me as we discuss your order and I’m working your commission order. I do not work around rushing, pushing/bossy, bad behavior, and other negatives client. Please show respect.2. I have the right to decline your order. I will give you a reason why. Please show respect and do not get upset if I do decline your order!3. I do not tolerant AI, thievery, NFT supporters/consumers, and scammers.4. You have my permission to upload your commission order to Toyhouse, FurAffinity, Twitter, DeviantArt, Instagram and Tumblr. But you always have to give credit/link back! I will appreciate if you do.5. I accept Paypal and Ko-Fi. For PayPal, I will be sending you invoice. So, please have your correct email address ready. For Ko-Fi, you can use the donation button and put correct amount.6. I will be giving you estimated day(s). I usually take 2 days to whole month incase situation of IRL; Job or incidents happen.7. With AI going around, I wanted to clarified this. You are NOT allow to use my work for AI training or use my sketch to finish it up. I will not tolerate this!8. For revision, it is free charge during sketch but once I get into lineart and colored, you'll only get 2 free charged revision but if you continue asking for changes, you will be charged extra $10 for each revision you asking for. So please, be sure to double check ANYTHING during sketch.

Adopt & Design TOS1. All my adopts are first come, first serve unless I stated "Auction" or "Offer"2. Once you purchase my design[s], you are allowed to change their species, tweak their designs, change their gender and do whatever you see fits. After all, the character is 100% yours. As long you do not use them as "Newest closed/open species", I prefer to talk about it beforehand. Thank you.3. Credit is require when you use them; Like draw them out for first time and give me credit that I design them. Afterward, no longer need credit. I would love to see you draw them out for the first time! If you planning to repost my design, please give me credit all the time you repost it.4. You are allow to resell them for same amount of price you normally paid for. Unless they come with commission arts then you are allow to increase their pricing than you normally paid for!5. All my adopts plus arts aren't for NFT and AI usage. Never. I will never tolerant and never touch that at all.6. You are allow to use the design[s] you purchase for non-commercial and commercial usage. Like I say, the character is 100% yours.7. You MUST have fund ready upfront when you're claiming design[s]. If you do not have fund ready, don't sweat it, I accept holds for 7 days [1 week]. Just let me know right away. I accept payment plan as well if my adopt pass $100 and above.8.
